This ink blue larger hat has a slightly asymmetric wide brim. The crown has straight sides, medium height, gently domed over the top; the crown has a folded scarf around its base that tucks behind the bold decoration at its front.
How might we describe it!? A soft petal fabric rose, supported by a fan shaped display that stretches upwards and sideways across the brim. There is also a scattering of fine feathers reaching out from behind the rose itself.
