Frances Heeley is a new brand for Hat Trix – and we are pleased to include this exquisite hatinator in our collection. It is a soft beige colour throughout, a large disc hatinator with a shallow crown and single spreading decoration of mesh, twirls, loops and delicate feathers. The edge of the main brim is trimmed with the self-same sinamay.
The headband is black, but if you look closely, it is clear that this band could be slipped out of position and replaced with a lighter colour should the wearer wish to do so. The headband is slightly off-centre too so that it sits at a given angle on the wearer’s head. It is quite unusual and deserves to be worn again and again, rather than for a few hours.
Could you imagine yourself wearing this hatinator? It would be the start of a wonderful ensemble.
